Working on the roots, not the leaves
Most consultants study an organisation from the outside. Andy works inside it, on the roots of the tree, not just its leaves. He calls himself an Intrapreneur: someone who drives change from within, on the health of the whole system, not from a report handed over at the door.
His conviction is simple and hard-won: you don’t improve performance by trying to change people’s behaviour. You change the conditions — trust, dignity, respect, belonging — from which behaviour grows. “We don’t fix people. We connect them.”
Over three decades leading safety and operational transformation, that approach has produced results most programmes never reach.

Across 27 companies and 600 safety professionals in the Middle East, Andy led a transformation that most thought impossible:
